Bear in mind, the Isle of Quel’Danas was designed for level 70 players; therefore doing the daily quests at Level 80 will yield a lot less gold than at Level 70. The values might be lower as well if you are Level 70 but have WotLK.

Isle of Quel’Danas

Isle of Quel’Danas (or Sunwell Isle) was introduce in patch 2.4. At level 65 you will automatically discover new flights from Silvermoon City (Eversong Woods), Ironforge (Dun Morogh), Hatchet Hills (Ghostlands) and Light’s Hope Chapel (Eastern Plaguelands) to travel to Sun’s Reach on the Isle of Quel’Danas. After you have completed several quests on the Isle of Quel’Danas, a portal will become available to you which allows you to go back and forth between the island and Shattrath City.

Captain Theris Dawnhearth at the Shattered Sun Staging Area wants you to obtain 4 Mana Remnants from Wretched Fiends and Wretched Devourers and use them to energize one of the Crystal Wards surrounding the structures in Sun’s Reach.
